On-Site Pricing

Here's all the information you need to determine the cost of your event at our venue. Consider each of these three steps, then look at the Pricing Sample links in the Menus section, which show how all the pieces come together. At the bottom of the page are links to additional information: Are We Worth It, Hidden Amenities, and a list of available appetizers.

1. Facility Fee & General Info (click here)
Contains information on the facility fee, cost of optional rental items, tax, service charge, and other general information on the hall.
2. Bar (click here)
Soda, Iced Tea, Coffee, and Tea are included in the catering price. This page explains the options for purchasing alcoholic drinks.
3. Menus
We have several different menus that you can use as a starting point. But you don't need to fit your event into one of these categories - we'll work with you to tailor the food to your needs. We've also put together sample pricing to give you an idea of your bottom-line cost. The menu (and decor rental) selections for these are arbitrary. For example, on the banquet menu, going from the basic to the mid-range and higher-end examples we added a few "upgrades" for each one to give you an idea of a price range. You don't need to use the selections from the examples - there are no set "packages."

For banquets, our minimum is 50 guests, and the minimum is 40 guests for the other menus. By this we mean adult guests, since children 5 - 12 are half price and under 5 are free. So ten children aged 5 - 12 would be the equivalent of five adults for determining if your meet the minimum number of guests. If you have fewer than the minimum number of guests, you can still have your event, but you would be charged for the minimum. Not to worry, however - we'll box up any extra food for you to take home, so you will always get what you paid for.
