For appetizers, they had Assorted Cheeses, Meats & Crackers, and passed Cheese Steak Eggrolls. Dinner started with a served salad – Spring Mix, Gorgonzola, Candied Walnuts, and Fig Balsamic dressing. Their buffet dinner included Baked Bruschetta Chicken, Herb Crusted Roast Beef with Red Wine, Chocolate & Rosemary Sauce, Springfield Salt Potatoes, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Balsamic Glaze.
