For appetizers, they had the Bountiful Veggie Display with Ranch Dressing & Hummus. They had Spinach, Strawberry, & Feta salad with rolls from Spring Street Bakery, an Asian Chicken Entree Salad, mini sandwiches: Ham & Cheese and Roast Beef, wraps: Turkey & Swiss with Cranberry Cream Cheese, and Roasted Veggie & Hummus, and Italian Pasta Salad. They brought cake for dessert, and we provided a Fruit Display with Madeleines & Chocolate Sauce. At the bar, they had White Sangria as a signature drink.
