Katrina and Jonathan celebrated the impending arrival of their baby. For an appetizer, they had the bountiful vegetable display with ranch and spinach artichoke dups. The buffet contained Italian Pasta Salad, Chicken Caeser Salad, and a variety of sandwiches and wraps: Ham & Cheese, Chicken Salad, Roast Beef & Cheddar with Horseradish Mustard Cream Sauce, and Turkey & Swiss with Cranberry Cream Cheese. For dessert, we made a fruit display with dip, and homemade madeleine cookies with chocolate sauce.
