The basketball team held their annual banquet at The Springfield this year. They started with a Bountiful Veggie Display with ranch and spinach artichoke dips. Dinner started with a garden salad with ranch and garden Italian dressings, followed by penne alfredo, (homemade) chicken tenders, our special cheeseburger sliders, and french fries. For dessert, they had a fruit display with home made madelienes and chocolate sauce.
