The last class to graduate from Coal Township High School gathered to celebrate, a party delayed for two years by the pandemic.
We set out Bountiful Veggies with Ranch and Spinach Artichoke Dips, with an assortment of Italian Meats & Cheeses - saving some to put out later in the night. For dinner, they had a Garden Salad with Ranch and White Balsamic Shallot Vinaigrette Dressings, Brioche and Honey Wheat Dinner Rolls from Spring Street Bakery with butter and our signature Herbed Cheese Spread, Potato Salad, Penne with Marinara and Alfredo Sauces, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and Herb Crusted Roast Beef with Gravy. Weis Markets provided a beautiful cake for dessert, and for music we put on a 60s station on Sirius XM Business.
