Happy 80th Birthday to Shamokin's Morning Mayor!

WISL's legendary DJ had a small gathering in his home to celebrate his birthday. The fare included Bountiful Veggies with Ranch and Hummus dips, Sriracha Deviled Eggs, Goat cheese Phyllo cups, Mac & Cheese, Penne Alfredo Primavera, Italian & Turkey Hoagies, and Roasted Veggie Pinwheels. For dessert, they had Fruit display with Madeleines.

Mac & Cheese, Penne Alfredo Primavera, and dinner rolls from Spring Street Bakery.

Sriracha Deviled Eggs, and Phyllo Cups with Goat Cheese & Hot Pepper Jelly.
