Congratulations to Carissa and Marty! Their ceremony and reception were held at the Schuylkill County Fairgrounds. The cake was provided by Batter Than the Rest, photography was done by Victoria Burns of VMB Photography, and the music spun and lighting provided by Dan Helfer of DJ Dan Entertainment.
Appetizers included Veggies with Ranch and Spinach Artichoke Dip, Tortilla Chips with Salsa and Queso, Sausage Stuffed Peppadews, and Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls. For dinner, they enjoyed Caesar Salad, Cole Slaw, Roast Turkey with Turkey Gravy, Herb Crusted Roast Beef with Beef Gravy, Herbed Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Mexican Street Corn, and Haluski. For dessert, a Fruit Display with Caramel Dip and Madeleines with Chocolate Drizzle complemented the wedding cake.
