Kathy Vetovich had a day full of fun for her company. We provided boxed lunches for their guided tour of the AOAA; Chicken Salad on Ciabatta and Smoky Sweet wraps, German Potato Salad, and mom's Apple Cake. Gluten-free options were provided.
Dinner was at Atisan Lodge, above Arisan Alley (which is above WhatNot Shoppe Cafe on Shamokin St), and included Spring Mix with dried cranberries, feta, candied walnuts, and Fig Balsamic dressing; Chicken Picatta; Missisippi Pot Roast w/ Gravy; Penne Marinara; Mashed Potatoes; Broccoli Medley; Dinner rolls with homemade Herbed butter spread; and Brick Street Chocolate Cake and Perfect Pound Cake.
The party was DJ'd by Mike Brennan of FM Sound Productions.
