Happy Birthday Jen Seidel!
Jen celebrated at the Edgewood Swim Club with some of her favorite dishes from us. Goat cheese and hot pepper jelly in phyllo cups; cheeseburger sliders; turkey and american cheese wraps in sun dried tomato, spinach, and plain tortillas; Italian ciabatta sandwiches with cooked salami, capicola, Genoa salami, and provolone cheese; potato salad; macaroni salad; and for dessert a fruit tray, and homemade madeleines with chocolate dipping sauce.
