Congratulations to Christine and Matt!

Their appetizers were a meat and cheese display (in individual cups to reduce touching this close to covid), deviled eggs, and server-passed cheesesteak eggrolls. They enjoyed a full menu (taking home *many* leftovers!) starting with a garden salad, followed by our signature Herb Crusted Roast Beef with Red Wine, Rosemary and Chocolate Sauce; Baked Bruschetta Chicken Breast; Cod Filet, w/a White Wine Lemon Basil Sauce; Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy; Mac and Cheese (including gluten-free for the bride and several guests); Green Beans w/Shallots, Brown Sugar & Candied Walnuts (normally pecans, but the coating on pecans are not gluten-free); and Mexican Street Corn (off the cob). As is common, we were too busy taking care of everything to take pictures of the food. But you can look at the Flynn-Seedor Wedding (July 24, 2021) album since they had a very similar menu.
