SAHS Class of 1979 40th Reunion

The pinnacle of elegance and ease! The reunion committee only had to select their menu items and sell their tickets. We provided *all* the decorations you see as part of the Reunion Special - tablecloths and overlays, chair covers, and wine bottle centerpieces with fairy lights. The LEDs under the bar were set to purple for the event.

For appetizers, they had fresh crudités with ranch and spinach & artichoke dips. The buffet dinner included a garden salad with ranch and white balsamic dressings, pasta with marinara and alfredo sauces, pulled beef with rolls, and french fries. Coffee, tea, and iced tea are always provided. (I was tending bar myself because none of our four bartenders were available that night - so I wasn't able to get pictures of the food, just the setup.)
