Our first wedding! 125 people, with the ceremony at the hall. Most people sat at their assigned tables, but we had several rows of chairs for family members and people whose tables may have had an obstructed view. Appetizers included caprese skewers, prosciutto & asiago palmiers, and firecracker chicken meatballs. Dinner included a garden salad with a choice of ranch or white balsamic shallot vinaigrette dressing, baguettes with whipped butter and our signature boursin cheese, chicken parmesan with penne marinara, herb crusted roast beef with red wine/chocolate/rosemary sauce, roasted baby potatoes, and broccoli medley.
